New York based company Semagoediv specialize in the bizarre, not least of all hired kidnappings. While most of the clients who partake in this bespoke service are rich kids looking for kicks, the Semagoediv take their work very seriously.

When I first began looking into this story I was very dubious about what they wanted to achieve. How real can a hired kidnap really feel? But Semagoediv, made up of a team of artists, psychologists and lawyers, have a lot up their sleeve. Kidnaps start at $1500 and often run into tens of thousands.
